Carolyn has been with King’s Women’s Rugby since 2019, when she joined Lysa and Courtnay on the coaching staff as an Assistant Coach.

Carolyn has 12 years of playing experience at various levels in Nova Scotia, including five years at Saint Mary’s University,  and a stint with the Nova Scotia Provincial team. She was known as a utility player being able to step into any role on the field.

Carolyn holds a BA in Criminology from Saint Mary’s University as well as a diploma in Human Resource Management. Currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology from Dalhousie, Carolyn works at Trampoline Branding as the Human Resource Manager. Additionally, Carolyn is active with in the community as the Vice Chair of the Aids Coalition of Nova Scotia, where she is entering her third term.
